Rates
Our rate is USD $125/night November-April, and USD $110/night May-October. There is also a $50 cleaning fee for each booking. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking and the remainder paid before check in. We accept credit card payment through Paypal or cheque via mail. Payment details will come in a confirmation email once your booking is approved.
Capacity
The space comfortably accommodates two adults, but if needed it can sleep two others on the pull out.
Cancellation
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM ET on the appropriate day.
Damage
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Please do not leave food behind as it creates pest problems.
Additional
Children are welcome, pets are not allowed, there is limited accessibility, and smoking is allowed outside only.
